1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MuuPee. By accessing our website, creating an account, or participating in any tournament, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Accounts & Security

To participate in competitions, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
  • One Account Policy: Users are permitted only one account. Duplicate accounts created to bypass bans or manipulate matchmaking will be permanently suspended.

3. Deposits, Fees & Withdrawals

3.1 Wallet Funding: MuuPee acts as a custodian for funds deposited into your user wallet. These funds are used solely for entry fees into tournaments.

3.2 Service Fees: MuuPee charges a platform fee (typically 10-20%) on tournament prize pools to cover operational costs, venue maintenance, and referee salaries. This fee is deducted automatically before prizes are distributed.

3.3 Withdrawals: You may request a withdrawal of your "Winnings" balance at any time. Withdrawals are processed instantly but may be subject to delays by your bank or payment processor. We reserve the right to perform identity checks (KYC) before processing large withdrawals.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Cheating: Using aim-bots, modified controllers, or any external software/hardware to gain an unfair advantage in gaming tournaments.
  • Collusion: Conspiring with other players or referees to fix match results.
  • Abuse: Harassing, threatening, or defaming other users, staff, or venue personnel.

5. Account Termination

MuuPee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any funds remaining in your wallet that were obtained legitimately will be refunded to your registered bank account, minus any applicable administrative fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuuPee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
