  • Contact Data: Email address and phone number.
  • Financial Data: Bank account details for withdrawal processing (we do not store your full debit card number; this is handled securely by Paystack).
  • Transaction Data: Details about payments to and from you and details of tournaments you have entered.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly for the following purposes:

  • Tournament Administration: To register you for events, seed you in brackets, and verify your identity at physical venues.
  • Payout Processing: To send your winnings to your verified bank account.
  • Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent multi-accounting, cheating, or money laundering.
  • Communication: To send you transaction receipts, password reset links, and critical service updates.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data with:

  • Payment Processors: (e.g., Paystack) to facilitate deposits and withdrawals.
  • Venue Partners: Only your Name and Player ID are shared with venue staff to confirm your entry into the physical arena.
  • Legal Authorities: If required by law enforcement or a court order to investigate illegal activities.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorized way.

All financial transactions are encrypted using SSL technology. Access to your personal data is limited to employees and contractors who have a business need to know.

  • Request Correction: Ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate data.
